Open Houses 6/14

I cut out early from our finalization work on the 48 hour film project to hit up some more open houses.  This time Bob just had me give a ranked order of my top 3 at this point.  Yet another beautiful day for seeing houses.

3 br | 2 full 2 partial ba | Townhome – Nice new kitchen with new applicances and granite countertops.  Sizable basement, as well as rear porch.  I could befairly happy with this one, a shame that’s it’s a fair chunk more expensive than the rest of them.

3 br | 2 ½ ba | Single-Family Home – I really liked the layout of this one.  Shame it doesn’t have a basement because that’d really be fantastic for me.

3 br | 2 ½ ba | Townhome - This one right smack in the middle of the golf course reshowed well. It had really awful looking wallpaper that would need to get removed.

Saw some townhouses in Herndon, while they were generally newer, had better furnishings, and were cheaper the areas that they were in were just unpleasant.  Generally reeking of suburban sprawl they often directly faced other houses or crazy things like power lines.  There’s something nice about the neighborhoods tucked away in the woods of Reston.

The first one is really nice and move in ready, all prices are negotiable.

The last one is close to the Steve’s old CyberCash building.
